Here are the best weapons for this Gaige build. The Norfleet. Logan's Gun. Grog Nozzle. Basically, the Norfleet is a crazy rocket launcher with a massive AOE. Because of this, the accuracy loss you suffer from high stacks of Anarchy doesn't really matter because of how large the AOE is.
